Анотация: This article focuses on the professional development of pedagogical staff - a subject or course, pedagogical or information technology and interactive teaching methods that provide continuous growth of professional and pedagogical skills on the basis of state educational standards, conduct the educational process at a high scientific and methodological level. It was emphasized that professional knowledge, skills and abilities need to be updated on a regular basis.
