Анотация: Abstract. The article examines changes in the oral mucosa of rats in conditions of depriving them of plant food. Chronic deprivation of plant food in the oral mucosa caused increased peroxidation processes, insufficient functioning of antioxidant enzymes, increased elastase activity.
