The ordered issue or issues of the magazine (the quantity shall be specified in the order) shall be delivered by post office, as well as the national postal services of the countries identified by the customer as the delivery address. The rates shall be set in accordance with the pricing policy of the post office, as well as national mailing services of the customer countries.
If the event of the magazine non-compliance with specifications indicated on the website, the Customer shall be entitled to a 100% monetary refund of the order price.
The order can be returned within 15 days after its actual receipt. In this case, the Customer shall receive a refund within 10 business days after sending of a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
