Анотация: Abstract. The article analyzes the issues of the development of political parties as a unique and compatible institution of civil society in the period when Uzbekistan gained independence as a sovereign state (1991-2019). The article also described some of the views expressed in the solution of these problems, highlighted the fact that over the next two years, the atmosphere of openness in the era of civil unity has been shaped in Uzbekistan.
