Анотация: The peculiarities of the formation and development of political culture among young people on the basis of an innovative creative approach allow young people to form a legal culture, to study it, to assess the level of knowledge of the future legal status of our society. This article analyzes the methodological aspects of the development of youth political culture on the basis of an innovative creative approach in the process of modernization of the political system of society.
